General Information

Practices

The Squires Camp begins August 1st, 2023.

The practices are conducted at our fields located on Hancock Road (across the street from Gwyn-Nor Elementary School)

North Penn Squires Football adheres to USA Football guidelines.

In-Season Practices are typically Tuesday through Thursday from 6-8pm. Practice times may vary between grade levels.

Practice is paramount in our efforts to maintain the safety of all players. Please discuss with your coach if and when you will be missing practices.

Heat Acclimation

North Penn Squires Football recognizes the importance of conditioning to allow players to properly hydrate and schedule rest periods accordingly while gradually increasing intensity with respect to high temperatures in the summer months.

*August 2nd is the start of conditioning with Squires Camp even prior to heat acclimation. Squires Camp is conducted without equipment.

Please try to plan family vacations around this time, to allow your player ample time to condition properly into full pads and intensity.
