Volunteer Opportunities & Requirements

The North Penn Squires is a volunteer-run organization. Our ability to provide a great experience for our players depends on the involvement and support of our families. Each family is expected to contribute during the season in one of the following ways:

Volunteer Requirement

  • Each family is required to complete three (3) volunteer shifts during the season

  • Each shift is approximately 2 hours

  • Families who are unable to volunteer may opt out by paying a $300 opt-out fee

  • Families of rostered coaches are exempt from the volunteer requirement

Parents will be asked to select a volunteer position during the registration process. Families who prefer may also sign up by emailing us directly.

Volunteer opportunities will be shared via Signup Genius prior to the season and include practice nights, home games, and special events.
