The first session from 2pm - 4pm will be allocated towards our younger players. Please arrive prior to 2pm to find your division. Below are the designated time windows for Awards Ceremony. These are not start times for the event. Some divisions will start at an activity and rotate every 40 minutes until their designated Awards Ceremony window.

Arrive at 2 pm - Flag, JV cheer, 2nd grade:

• 2:00-2:40 - Awards Ceremony for Flag Football
• 2:40-3:20 - Awards Ceremony for Junior Varsity Cheer
• 3:20-4:00 - Awards Ceremony for 2nd Grade Tackle Football

The second session is 4pm-6pm and will follow the same rotation.

Arrive at 4 pm - 3rd and 4th and Varsity Cheer

• 4:00-4:40 - Awards Ceremony for 3rd Grade Tackle Football
• 4:40-5:20 - Awards Ceremony for Varsity Cheer
• 5:20-6:00 - Awards Ceremony for 4th Grade Tackle Football
