We are always looking for volunteer coaches for Cheer, Flag Football and 2nd Grade Tackle. Coaching opportunities for 3rd–6th Grade Tackle are limited, but we encourage interested candidates to reach out for consideration. Coaching with the North Penn Squires is a rewarding way to support our athletes and community.

Hello Coach!

First, thank you for time and effort in the development, training and most importantly, the safety of our athletes! As a Volunteer Head Coach or Assistant Coach, NPAA and ICFL require the following items to be completed:

1.  USA Football Heads Up Certification. Go to https://usafootball.com/development-training/certification/
2.  Make sure you select North Penn Athletic Association as your organization.
3.  Create an account and take the youth certification course, contact, and age you will be coaching.
4.  All coaches must have background clearances. North Penn Squires utilizes the NCSI background screening platform. Go to https://northpennathleticassociation.quickapp.pro/
5.  Complete the background check process.
