Girls Flag Football – Fall 2026 Update

Last year, the Inter County Football League (ICFL) introduced Girls Flag Football, creating a new opportunity for girls to get involved in the game. The North Penn Squires are excited to explore bringing this program to our organization and are currently gauging interest for a potential upcoming season.

This opportunity would be open to girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade who live in the North Penn School District area. Whether your athlete is brand new to football or already loves the game, Girls Flag Football offers a great way to develop skills, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

At this time, we are collecting interest only to determine if there are enough players to form teams. Divisions may be combined depending on the number of interested players.

If there is enough interest to move forward, official registration and payment will be required at that time. The estimated cost will be approximately $100 per player. A final decision on launching the program will be made by the end of April, and all interested families will be notified.

Season Details

Open to: Girls in Kindergarten – 8th Grade in the North Penn School District area
Practices: Tentatively Mondays & Wednesdays
Team Size: Minimum of 9 players, maximum of 15 players per team

• K – 3rd Grade

• 4th – 6th Grade

• 7th – 8th Grade
